Is that a Yoga position? I hear you ask!

 dolpo-people-culture

No, its a 12 day trek, moderately strenuous, along the lower part of Dolpo. With stunning landscapes, the excitement rises as you climb three high passes: Kangmara La (5115m), Numa La (5159m) and Baga La (5190m). The trek passes through the protected  Shey Phoksundo National Park and to Phoksundo Lake, rich in beautiful flora and fauna. Dolpo is very dry and unproductive, the people living here have a very difficult life they are humble and friendly; always smiling.
